Different Types of Cables:
1) Armoured Cable
2) Unarmoured Cable or Flexible Cable
Again in above cable comes in different cores depending on applications:
For example if want to use for 3-Phase supply the 3Core should be sufficient and for 3-Phase,Neutral supply 3.5Core is required.
Like : 3C X 240mm2 , wherein 3C is 3cores of cable R,Y,B while 240mm2 is size of cable.
